RETURNS

  • It's the customers responsilbity to return their parcel using their own preferred courier service, please keep your tracking safe. 
  • International returns is solely reliable on the customer to send this back to us.
  • When returning your item(s) please ensure the packaging is sealed using a tracked service
  • Our return address is 3 Rollyway Gardens , Blyth NE245BH
  • We ask to allow 14 working days for all returns/exchanges to be processed once recieved.
  • Unfortunately you can't cancel your order once processed.
  • All UK customers can return items within 14 days of recieveing your parcel for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be delivered back to our warehouse within the 14 day period
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • items must have all tags attached
  • Socks/underwear are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons
  • Items must be returned in original packaging.
  • Items bought with Gift card will recieve money back on Gift card.

DELIVERY

  • Orders are picked and packed Monday to Friday excluding any bank holidays. Any order placed over bank holiday will be picked and despatched the following working day.
